Judging by your pretty appearance if this is your photo you would suit something black or red. Not puffy rather tight. It would be beautiful sexy and elegant would look on you. And of course a small necklace to match the earrings would be nice.

in my opinion you suit something short. or rather midi to the knees that is. To emphasize the waist and the skirt with a bell-shaped flying such on the podyubnik for example - flower girl. Or something long up to the middle of your legs made of delicate fabrics, semi-transparent, light-coloured, with the shoulders open and the neckline wide and the back naked, or even a long dress, but you will surely wear it with half an air. Gloomy colors away!
