Take the battery out, wait a while and put it back in. If that doesn't help, look for the reset button. On motorolas it may be hidden under the case. How do you increase the memory? If you did it with a memory card, just take it out.

on how to increase the memory, if software, it may, come a total crap. If you use flash, take it out and turn it on, buy a flash of smaller size.
