If the box was hijacked - make a new one, do not use simple and meaningful passwords. Although. I once had the site administration 2 days e-mail with new passwords to a box similar to mine. I told them that they do not need someone else's boxes. They kept silent and no answer or hello, such as thank you or excuse me. So it happens all kinds of things.
