I love semolina, although I've been making it very rarely lately. It's my favorite with raisins, and I also like to put little pieces of cottage cheese or cheesecake in it, but not to stir them, they are like enveloped in porridge. It's a very interesting combination of sour cottage cheese and sweet porridge.
