You know what the problem is? It's that you're a man.

Are you good at decanting? Very similar to how I felt: my breasts were tight at first tingling then my fever went up to 40 and my breasts were just rocks. I had to stop breastfeeding.

Why try to look for answers where you don't need them? Human anatomy is such that even paired organs can be different. You just have more glandular tissue in one breast, more ducts. Not to be confused with more milk! What you feel as a flush is the release of milk into the ducts by lactocytes cells. It may be accompanied by a tingling sensation. And it's like a reservoir boiler. Milk can also form in response to suckling from a breast that looks and feels completely empty.
