an interesting question. i have been in the restaurant business for seventeen years. alcohol is ALWAYS at room temperature, except for vodka, which must be very chilled, and white wines.everything else is served at the customer's request.with ice or with additives.well, cocktails are a separate topic.ah, also beer - necessarily - cold.and as for dishes.did you get a cold steak?

Every dish has its own temperature, just like alcohol. You can defend a whole diploma about it!
