To be honest, I stopped thinking about it a long time ago. Especially Sony. There Yamomoto San comes up with new video standard formats no matter if they are needed, implemented or not. You think about it, we'll pay for it. And we'll work out the kinks. If at least where described how much was a dead-end developments, which are outdated came out only in the demo version and were rejected by a more promising proposal?
