Russian customers save money, not foreign ones: they are also convinced that a "designer" is a person who "draws pretty pictures" and does not think about information architecture or usability. In general, some "designers", unfortunately, have the same opinion about their profession. So we get "beautiful" from the point of view of customers and pseudo-designers sites:

We just like to decorate sites with all sorts of unnecessary nonsense, often forgetting that the purpose of the site - not to entertain the visitor, and provide him with information. Many visitors to sites, to save money and time to download, just turn off pictures and flash drives, and then the site remains a blank screen. For such a design, the designer should be flushed in the toilet.
