DO NOT KNOW IF there is a writ of execution. if so, try to go with it to the bank where they are located. They should transfer it to you, but only if the money is in their accounts. It's not quite clear what the UFPS is and where the debt comes from We sued the Customs. The court involved the Federal Treasury Department as a third party, since the Customs have no money of their own and they are financed through the Treasury. The money was paid without support, as the treasury always has money. And non-execution of a court decision is a criminal article So go to court, involve as a third party the organization through which UFPS is financed and there will be no problems.
