it is not nice to break the ICQ! and in general or break anything nizaki! because it is a criminal offense! but if you need to restore the password, there are special programs! the program launched on the database of ICQ, if the ICQ 2003b and below and show the password. remotely steal the password can not, can only pick up, but - see above!

1 the method of picking / search success unlikely 2 get access to the mailbox, which was zaregen number of ICQ. Send the password from ICQ site to it. 3 if the number is registered to a nonexistent mail- quite simple, the only thing left is to register a mail box with the same name
