You have two varieties planted in the same pot, a simple tradescantia and a zebra.Cut off all the bare stems and put the cuttings in water for rooting. Spray the remaining plant more often, sprinkle fresh soil, slobo-acidic soil. When the cuttings give good roots, you can plant them in the same pot. Pull out the clod and partially renew the soil. If you see rotten roots, cut them off with a sharp knife. Spray frequently. Trudescantia likes a bright spot.
