Take a deep frying pan, oil it well, sprinkle a little paneer breadcrumbs on top! Then slice the apples into slices. Put them in the mold, so they fill about half of the mold. Then you take six eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg whites, when they're frothy, put 1 cup of sand in them, whisk everything. Then you whip the yolks. Then mix the egg whites with the yolks and add a cup of flour, beat it all up. Pour it into the mold. You put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes! Good luck?
