Wait for bankruptcy proceedings to be completed The bankruptcy trustee has the right to challenge all prior bankruptcy transactions with the property and sell the property at auction to satisfy the creditors. In my opinion, this bankruptcy is a waste of time.

what does bankruptcy procedure have to do with it? if the court declared her bankrupt then everything remains in its place and no one owes anyone. read the federal law №127. you have some other situation but not bankruptcy
