The question is not correct! Being already a "good" person, you, can only change for the worse. Rather, the question should have been, "Can people who have changed for the better affect the world around them?" And there's no question about that. All people are conformists, to one degree or another, and therefore subject to the influence of others. Much in life depends on the people around us. It's hard to behave intelligently in the stands of a stadium, just as it's hard to make a fuss in a temple. And of course, if ten people in front of you throw trash in the trashcan, you can't even throw a piece of paper under your feet, but that doesn't apply to the "big men in expensive cars", they always go along with the crowd. These truths are taught to children, but older people somehow forget or don't believe them.
