You're not the only one. Because it depends first of all on the phone line, secondly, the workload of the server provider, thirdly - the modem, and weather conditions. Also, he might have a program which connects you to some place and clogs the traffic, or maybe he has a virus. Something must be wrong today! It happens to everybody. And some people have it every day!
