We have the same problem ourselves. We're two, and we haven't even learned how to blow our nose yet. We have to try to sniff in the presence of a child, as if inviting him to play. And then with a handkerchief to pinch his nostrils and let go. For now, only so, and then somehow she will learn. In general, I was advised such a herb called kolanhoe. I squeeze it out through gauze and a pipette in each nostril. Daughter then sneezes for a minute, but all the accumulated snot flies out at once. There is nothing harmful in it. I know a lot of people who use it?

You are too young to be able to blow your nose. You will have to use a rubber blower, a small one. They are specially made for that, ask in a children's store!

It's too early. Don't torture the baby. He doesn't understand how to do it.

you put a piece of cotton or a feather on your palm and ask to blow it off with a spout or to snort like a hedgehog back and forth with his spout. but it's really early. we are 2 years old. we just learned and not always get into the handkerchief: and while a small enema or a special aspirator with a silicone tip you can buy at the drugstore or in baby products.

just show how to do it - children quickly adopt gestures from adults and learn to imitate them;

You can't. You have to teach it, but it's unlikely you'll be able to teach it. The eldest was unable to blow his nose till he was five, and the result was maxillary sinusitis. The youngest, at the age of two and a half, was already doing something similar. Every child is different. And you have to teach.

Irina, we are six and a half, we already understand and blow our nose a little, just show them how to do it more often.

Our son is 1 9 and he tried to blow his nose from 1 3-1 5 but it turned out that he blew his nose with his mouth but we did not scold him, we did not interrupt him but on the contrary we praised him and now he blows his nose more and more often. But he already understands what they want him to do and tries to do it.
