they said on TV that they won't give any more housing on a waiting list. now everything is for sale only. and they only give those whose houses are being demolished. it's strange why your situation is so bad if you're in moscow and a Muscovite, Muscovites almost all have enough living space and more than one apartment. and if you are a limit then what do you want, it should be like that.
