Try to figure out her behavior when everything is normal. If you don't resolve anything I would go to a friend's house for a week and say nothing about where I am. Brutal, but I couldn't think of anything else.

just hammer it out and that's it she's yelling-you go in the other room go to the bathroom-don't know-get out of the fight she'll cool down and be different most likely she has problems and explodes from any "carnation"

Maybe stop the childish public tantrums and try to understand mom. It's easy to understand you - it's all selfishness. Work part-time, buy something yourself, take over some of the responsibilities and most importantly, figure out your mom's demands and while you live with your mom and at her expense you have to fulfill her demands.
