read about the heat capacity of phase transition of water, multiply by the amount of water

The specific heat of fusion is the value that shows how much energy it takes to convert a substance from a solid to a liquid at its fusion temperature. All that remains is to multiply by the mass of the substance, and that's it. So, multiply 330 kJ/kg by 5 kg and you'll be happy. Or 340. Check your charts.
