1490 grams 70-200 2.8l2. but if you shoot with one hand like that, your arm will fall off quickly, shooting with two hands?

A spherical horse in a vacuum. There are a lot of these SLRs.

A pound and a half. Naturally, it's the hand that's holding it, not the camera.

The longer the lens, the more you need to stabilize. There is no point in shooting with one hand with a long lens.

An abstract question. Why hold the SLR when shooting with one hand? If you want shake, you'll get it.

Exactly how much holding your hand is different for everyone!

See pictures - the left hand is holding the lens at the bottom.

The biggest one of mine weighs a kilo in the manual has a warning: be careful of the load on the lens mount! In other words, the dangers of the camera start there... if you consider Schwarzenegger holding it, who doesn't give a shit about the weight of the system itself... and it never crossed my mind to hold the camera with one hand it was DESIGNED for two although you can imagine an extreme reporter holding the camera with one hand on the battlefield but it's almost the only exception.

to break out the lens mount even with a whale. heavy lenses have a foot or a place to attach it I have 6 kg dumbbells for hand training

if you modify the trigger device of the photo gun you can do it with one hand and almost no shaking only with native manual lenses there are already provided for mounting only to file the pad under the camera and replace the trigger

Any - up to the big and heavy telescope. but you have to hold the lens, not the camera.

I have the heaviest lens in the world. 1 kg 600 g or 800 g I don't remember, it's easy to hold without a tripod foot. But the camera is a Canon unit.

I held a 12 kg dumbbell for 5 - 6 seconds on the outstretched arm motionless, under the target. And just holding it for up to forty seconds. I held the gun's front sight (a weight of 1.4 kg) motionlessly under the target for 14 to 18 seconds. The camera is held in the bent arm with the elbows resting on the chest, pressing the camera against the face. Your right hand is on the camera body, your left hand is BELOW the lens. ANY hand! You don't even have to use your fingers to find the pancake!

Only blondes hold cameras with one hand. Sometimes it's not the camera that holds the lens, but the lens holds the camera.
