Doesn't see it because someone is on the port. The easiest way is to plug it to another port, in some cases that's enough. If not, look for what is hanging on the ports, clean the registry. Did not want to answer at all, because someone who at such malfunctions reinsert Lightroom - just not enough words. Make stone axes and run to the prairies.
