Three meals and a couple of desserts a day. Complex carbohydrates porridge macaroni solids potatoes; and plenty of protein. You are not Rocky Jones, so you do not need a special super diet, eat a little more than usual and preferably eliminate or cut down on the minimum intake of salt, sugar and white flour. If you don't have any problems with your heart, you're welcome to do light weights, then you'll get to medium weights.

growth can only slow down if you train hard and have a caloric deficit. but if you train under the guidance of a trainer and eat enough, it will have no effect on growth. schwartz and koklyaev took up weightlifting at 13. they are above average in height.

you should. Just what do you mean by weight training and who's archo morris? Is he a fitness blogger or something?

Growth is affected by regular fatigue! Fatigue also affects your vision after puberty you'll grow muscle and before puberty you won't.
