the main thing is to have a good rest on the weekend. Moderate physical activity in the fresh air, a normal diet and vitamins, night sleep, emotional release theater, exhibitions, concerts chiefly not lie dumb on the couch and did not grow a thought: Kaka I'm tired?

i have no days off at all. i'm a journalist i can be on call anytime. i work for several publishers. the last time i worked without a vacation was four years. i have no regrets. i love my job and i know what i work for, not just for money!
