Take out the battery and with the compartment open put it thoroughly dry in a dry place, but do not heat it and do not put it on the battery.

It usually takes a long time for the lens to dry on the inside. Open all the lids that are in the camera and be patient.

Fill with rice and leave it for a week. If it goes away, you're lucky, if it doesn't go away that's more likely, screw it, there's no cure. Your expensive lenses with sweat inside have been discarded because taking apart lens blocks means loss of alignment, it will be more expensive than a new camera.
