It's complicated, of course. Is the staff female? If so, and you are young and attractive, then it only remains for you to wish patience. In fact, the team does not like upstarts and smarty pants. Try to be calm, do not rush to everyone's aid, if you can give advice - give, never say that you know everything, and especially if you do not know the subject.
