Voronezh about 15 years ago was not a bad town, IMHO. But now there is no limit to my indignation. I had a long choice between Voronezh and Lipetsk. Lipetsk is the most well-appointed city in Russia! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! But as for Minsk, I can't express my opinion, alas.
