you take the Accounting Reporting Form of Small Business Entities, fill in the 10 line for cash and cash equivalents 1250, fill in the 10 line for Balance Sheet 1600, fill in the 10 line for Capital and Reserves 1310, fill in the 10 line for Balance Sheet 1700, do not fill in other lines, and fill in the second sheet for the Statement of Financial Performance too, and the title and second page. Don't forget to give a copy to the statistician. The penalty for non-submission is now 20 thousand.

If you take the form for the Financial Statements of Small Businesses, under Cash and Cash Equivalents 1250, add 10 to the Balance Sheet, 1600, add 10 to the Capital and Reserves 1310, add 10 to the Balance Sheet, 1700, add 10 to the remaining lines, leave nothing in the Statement of Financial Performance, and fill out the cover sheet with the second page.
