You will need: 1. Lasagna pasta. This is the kind of large flat plates that don't look like pasta at all. Sold in large department stores in the city 2. Stuffing, 400 gr 3. Onions 4. Tomatoes 6-8 pcs 5. Tomato paste well this is for perfection 6. Cheese, 300g preferably Mazarella, but I have never put it there myself, Russian cheese is also good 7. 50g butter 8. 50g flour 9. Creation of the lasagna itself consists of 2 steps. The first is the preparation of all the ingredients, the second is their glazing 1 To start, fry the onion, to it the minced meat. 2 Cook the sauce "Bechamel" simultaneously or consecutively: 50g of butter is melted in a saucepan with a small bottom area, 50g of flour (about 1.5 tablespoons) is added. When it all comes to a boil, and it gets a little darker, or even better, the smell of almonds appears, then you need to pour milk in a thin stream. Stir the lumps, salt and put a bay leaf one enough. Bring it to the boil, boil it for 3-4 minutes and then take it off. Try it - should be quite tasty mushy soup 3 Grated all the cheese, and finely chopped all the tomatoes 4 Take a bowl is better glass, size about 20 * 30. At the bottom are laid out plates of dry pasta, you do not need to cook them in one layer. Half of the stuffing is put on top. Top with one third of the tomatoes. Spread them with tomato paste, if you find it suddenly. Don't spare any. Then pour the sauce over the whole thing, and sprinkle about a third of the cheese on top. Then the macaroni again. They may not completely cover the previous layer, I mean there may be gaps. This is not a problem, they will greatly increase in size while baking will boil inside the lasagna. Then the layer of filling is completely repeated. Then the pasta again and on top laid all that remains, but without the stuffing and tomato paste 5 Baked all this structure for about 30-40 minutes in the oven at 170-190 degrees Enjoy your meal?

I know, I make it regularly: Boil lasagna plates sold in supermarkets in the pasta department. You make two sauces. The first is bolognese. You fry minced meat with onion and garlic until it's half-ready, add grated tomatoes or tomato paste diluted with water or broth, salt, a little sugar, spices to taste and you stew until it thickens. If you're too lazy to bother, you can just add a little ketchup diluted. The second sauce is béchamel. You fry flour in a pan until golden brown, then add butter and warm milk in a thin stream and stir it gently and thoroughly to make sure there are no lumps, add salt and nutmeg, a little thicken - take it off the heat. If you're too lazy to bother, you can take mayonnaise or any white sauce, but it will be a little different. Next, the cooking process itself: At the bottom of a greased mold, you put a plate of lasagna, on top of them a layer of bolognese, a layer of grated cheese and a layer of béchamel. Cover again with lasagne plates and again the same layers a couple of times. On the last lasagna plates a layer of bolognese and a thick layer of cheese, preferably a mixture of regular and moldy, so tastes better: In the oven for 20-25 minutes. This is a classic recipe. And the idea is to put in lasagna, as well as in pizza, you can do anything, the principle is the same - a layer of lasagna, sauce, cheese, etc:
