It depends on what you mean by tuning! If it's stupid to hang blue sprinklers on the hood and drainpipe instead of a muffler, it's not worth it! But if you think about it seriously and inexpensively, you can change almost any car for the better by easing your purse on 15-20 thousand c.u.

I welcome external tuning, but when the engine tuning is for nothing. It will not last long and it will burn out And look tuning not lowered the car!
