and what's the problem? there are sections of computational mathematics. they describe solutions to just such problems. The basis of the solution - some methods of determining the correct position of points. I remember the name in the spirit of the method of least squares I.e. the true position of the point is determined by analyzing the neighboring. The more neighbors, the more accurate is the true position of the middle point. You put the coordinates of the points in the array and run this method. computed the first - shifted the array by 1 point and again the calculation will result in a set of points cleared of noise.
