economic relations give birth to everything else - morality, politics, law, and so on. And even mentality.

They both make such things. One of them is Papa and the other is Mama. Often the perverts switch places. So at any given time it can be either one or the other. That's why nobody likes them, but you have to respect them.

laws and mentality are born by society! I immediately thought of the saying "we have what subsequently has us!: That is, from the above it follows: laws i.e. the common norm of behavior is created in order to regulate social relations! Mentality is the traditional outlook of society on certain features and signs of the surrounding reality! That means that in the absence of society there is no law or mentality! In a society mentality and law exist in parallel and the question is akin to what came first the chicken or the egg! I can say one thing in reality, our mentality greatly influences the laws!

Krezi is right! Legislation to a greater extent reflects the interests of the elite of society. In our case, the crooks-oligarchs!
