What a topic. What does psychology mean employee somehow think differently or something? Try to look for articles in magazines like Your Right to see intruktsii departments to the rules of conduct of court employees probably something can be found in the practical manuals. And in general, I know that psychologists working with employees of the court apparatus always talk about how to behave in communication with citizens and the superiors and subordinate what psychological techniques to use. For example, not allowing citizens to push themselves and talk throughout the day about their personal life one should hold a neutral position with crossed arms or legs to keep a distance of at least 1 meter from the interlocutor is some kind of intimate area of the employee who should not violate any red objects on the table: a flag, a picture, etc., as it distracts interlocutor and he gets confused with his thoughts. And so on.

in my experience, all or almost all judges have a Napoleon complex-it's not psychology, but pathology, I think we need to look in this direction.
