And that's how they teach them these days. I'm tired of telling this story, but a friend of mine was studying to be an economist. And can you imagine, I, a mechanic, once got to her computer science class, where she had to do a spreadsheet in excel, according to the textbook, so that she could count all by herself. She couldn't do it until I took the textbook away and made her do it myself... Do you know what the problem was? The textbook had the wrong formula. And I, the mechanic, was able to correct the formula for calculating the budget, and the economists didn't even notice the error. But at the same time, everyone in the group kept trying, and the teacher didn't check the formulas, only the answers.

Raise the salary and drop the age censor. There are no good accountants with 5 years of experience and under 25 years of age.

What's a good one? One who knows arithmetic and knows how to do multiplication in accounts? Or fill out employment books? What is your trending skill criterion?
