They can if they want to. Legally, we are so dependent on the EMWF that all we do is defend ourselves with no room to maneuver. But if it comes to extremes, Russia can tear Europe and the U.S. apart from Russia as brothers for a century, and shorten this century to a month or two. Conclusion, they cannot do anything but make mischief. And mean-spirited and rude people are usually rewarded in this lifetime.
