Wrong. Better do it and don't regret it.

He who does not take risks does not drink champagne. - Trite, but still true. I guarantee that regret will be tormented more later if you don't try to do anything. Though it depends on what you're putting on the map.

Not knowing the way.

Better not to regret not doing something you would regret.

It is better to do and then regret. I agree with this by 100% because if you do not do something: First you will not know the result or reaction and secondly it is more interesting to live this way. after all one learns from one's mistakes.

did not go up to the guy at the party I did not try to enter the chemistry department, knowing that it is difficult but I was terribly interested in it, I refused the man who offered his hand and heart just because he was not very rich, even though I loved him. Why? because everything that could have happened but did not. seems to us a priori the brightest and happiest we do not know exactly whether it was so, but remembering it.it seems to us that this was the best prospect in life-and we missed it and so we regret.that's it.

depending on what the situation is.
