I can only advise from personal experience as I myself have long been looking for a country and real estate to buy. I visited different exhibitions and once walking came across the Slovenian company MIRAG INVEST D.O. with a representation in Russia. I was competently explained and consulted and within a month I went to Slovenia and realized that it is an ideal country in all respects. As a result I bought a house on the beach in Slovenia
