In our country there is still free excellent education! But because everything is built on money the quality is still falling. When people get used to it and put up with fee-based or free education, then it may grow.

Who wants to learn, reaches the goal, but the slacker will look for easy ways. Whoever seeks what, finds it. And do not blame everything on the educational system.
