Is the axis of rotation of a yule toward the center of the earth? and got a better answer

Vova, what questions you have. For pre-schoolers. Not a damn thing this axis does not change its direction, because your yule rotates with the Earth and stays in the same place and directs its axis to the center of the Earth. If, of course, it will rotate for so long. And where did you get such a yo-yo? Is it battery-operated or with a motor?
