The procedure and the terms are defined by the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, in particular Articles 192, 193, 194, 199. The judge in the final court session is obliged to announce the operative part of the decision, i.e. to announce whether the suit is satisfied or not, and if it is satisfied, what exactly and to whom it is awarded. Formally, there really is a 5-day term for making a reasoned decision after announcing the operative part, but in practice, due to the heavy workload of the courts, it is almost never observed, and the reasoned decision is actually made within about a month. And decision comes into force in a month from the date of decision making in full, and not in 10 days, as you were wrongly told above, see articles 209 and 321 of the Civil Procedural Code.
