And you just want it to be all chocolate. It doesn't work that way. There's another question that's more relevant: WHY is there no meat in sausage?

chocolate is made from: 1 cocoa 2 cocoa butter so it's GONE that there is no chocolate in white white white is just as chocolatey and natural as dark here.

cocoa powder is practically absent: that's what gives it its dark color. and the oil is present in full force otherwise it's not chocolate! but the cocoa-beans pounded to the oil are practically white in color.
