To comprehend who YOU are. You are THO or you are God. If you exist in some sense, then. Do we need to go on? The first statements are metaphysical in nature. I am not asking you to take my word for it. Don't believe it! Doubt! But trust the desires of your heart. You can check the correctness of the statement You are TO yourself by endlessly asking the question Who am I? Throw away all social roles, gender and biologic affiliation, all your and other people's ideas about yourself. Concentrate on your breath and experience unity with yourself, the REAL you. With that which is inexpressible in words and for which the simplest word, TO, is used. It doesn't seem easy to do. Go on. Give up trying to understand yourself. Surrender! Then THIS will come to you from somewhere inside, and a real adventure will begin, in which ONE not two actors play all the parts at once. tat tvam asi

it is very difficult to live a beautiful life. he who is rich spiritually has no means to decorate his life externally and vice versa who has means is poor and empty inside. so you have to learn not to depend on the material world. but then nobody but yourself will notice your beautiful life.
To live luxuriously and in pleasure One must know how to live in pleasure, just as to live in luxury. Sometimes we learn to do both all our lives.
