Artificially cultivating truffles is impossible. The delicate organism reacts to everything: both to global warming and total urbanization. Before it was possible to find 50 or even 80 kg of truffles during a season, now it's about 10. In the local market, buyers take truffles from mushroom pickers for 800 euros per kilogram. In Paris, the price doubles, and in New York it goes up to $4,000.
