Filling for julienne can be of two kinds: sour cream - sour cream, thickened with flour or egg, if desired, or sour cream + mayonnaise Béchamel sauce - toasted flour is fried until brown in a dry pan and mixed with milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. When Julienne has stewed for 5 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese or a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs, when the cheese melts and browns - the dish is ready. love it at my mom masters to prepare them Composition: 500 gr. mushrooms, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 onion, salt. Fill mushrooms with water, so that it only covers them and cook, with salt, for 10 minutes. Throw them in a colander. Chop the large ones, mix them with the small ones, and put them in a pan. Fry lightly in oil. Let broth cool. Sauté chopped onions. Dissolve flour in the broth and stir well. Put the frying pan with the onions on a low heat and gradually add the broth and flour, stirring constantly until it thickens. Place the mushrooms in small fireproof molds and pour the sauce over them. Put the molds in the oven and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or you can simmer julienne in a pan. Serve hot.

cream sauce can be sour cream after that, depending on what the julienne is made of: chicken mushrooms.mix it all up with some cheese and bake in the oven until crispy

fried chicken fried mushrooms fried onions all are better fried separately tastes better in the end mix everything and add green peas and grated cheese seasoned with sour cream! yum!
