It's simple, if you are a co-owner NOT a JSC Write the decision of the owners to accept the contribution without transferring or creating/issuing additional shares of the legal entity. Draw up a deed of acceptance on the balance sheet. No taxes If you are not a co-owner, it will be income with income tax.
