Don't you think that's too expensive a gift for a stranger? I am not engaged in chihuahua but I am engaged in pedigree cats sphinxes and britans and never give a kitten as a gift no matter what quality it would be! Not because of money but simply because if you can't buy one you can't keep one worthy.
