Not on GDP, but on GNP as a minus. GDP includes everything produced on the territory of the country and GDP includes everything produced that belongs to the representatives of the nation and it does not matter where and by whom it is produced. This is the difference between GNP and GDP. GDP - belonging to the territory GNP - belonging to the nation!

GDP, like GNP, only takes into account what is created. And what debts are incurred by a company or country are not counted. I don't understand why you have this doubt.
