It's easy to read, like all of Akunin's books, but the plot is just disgusting. A sex-crazed maniac, puzzling silly puzzles in exchange for naughty stories - I think it's just too much. However, this book made someone read Crime and Punishment. At least some good.

Very entertaining! Could not tear myself away. Learned so much: It was reading this book that finally got me to openThe Crime and Punishment. I liked it.

I read and realized that more Akunin will not read! He writes interestingly, but I'm used to reading was beneficial. And here it's just a waste of time.I prefer history or memoirs.

I liked the book, as well as the previous two in the series, it's light and easy to read.
