Acne is not only an indicator of adolescence in the first place, but also a result of what we eat. Oddly enough, it is! You have to treat the problem from the inside out! Take beer yeast, multivitamins. More soups, less fried and fast food. And the external remedy, Clearasil, is a good one. Propeller is also good. Also, if you have a chance, go to an endocrinologist, and everything will become clear:
