Switch your computer off, take the drive off, open it carefully, shake out the rest of the disk, take a look - if the eye is on and all the chassis is working then it's possible that you are lucky. Sometimes discs tear so that rips the tray - then it tears the guides - you can easily restore if your hands are straight, but if the eye ripped - that's it, there is no sense to bother, it's better to buy a new one, and do not buy left-handed discs.

you can take it apart and clean it. if you are lucky it may be laser and running gear is not affected then it is ok. Good luck
