maybe you mean does the provider take money for visiting a given site? then you should at least name the provider. all providers are different and all providers have different free resources and are checked differently. go to the provider's website, if there are such resources, it should say so?

Maybe you mean does your ISP take money for visiting this site? Then you should at least name your ISP. All ISPs are different and all ISPs have different free resources and are checked differently. go to the ISP site if there are such resources there should be something about it.

If when you browse the site the money goes only to your ISP for traffic - then the site is free.
